The fine print
Please note that heating of the swimming pool is charged extra at 300€ per stay when requested. To have the swimming pool at the desired temperature on your arrival, please let me know a week before if you need the indoor swimmingpool heated. Payment should be done in cash at arrival.
A damage deposit of € 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
