In Sant Josep de sa Talaia on the Balearic island of Ibiza, the luxurious villa "La Vila 30 Petita" is located in a quiet residential area that is perfect for families with children. The holiday home, which combines elegant design with traditional construction, consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one of them with 2 single beds) as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, toys, children's books, a baby cot and a high chair. In the large outdoor area of the accommodation you will find a beautiful Mediterranean garden, a covered terrace and a covered charcoal grill. The small guests of the house will also find an outdoor children's area with a trampoline, a slide and a playhouse. Drink an aperitif in the lounge area under the pergola in the evening, enjoy delicious grilled dishes at the long dining table with your loved ones or relax on the comfortable wicker furniture. The absolute highlight is the fantastic pool, which provides for refreshment on hot summer days. Upon request, the owners can combine the single beds into a double bed. There is also a selection of bicycles for children, teenagers and adults. It is possible to book additional services after the reservation confirmation (with additional costs and upon request): - Transfer service from Ibiza airport/port to house. - Transfer service from the house to the airport/port of Ibiza. - Periodic cleaning of 2 hours and towel change. - All travellers aged 15 and over must fill in and sign a form that the owners of the house send to the police along with the guests’ personal data and a copy of their passport (mandatory in the Balearic Islands). - All events and parties are forbidden. - Music or noise after midnight is not allowed (according to the municipal regulations). - Smoking is not allowed in the house. - Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate check-out and cancellation of the reservation without refund.
