The apartment is recently fully renovated with original art and modern Italian furniture. The windows and doors are double glazed to reduce sun glare and noise pollution. We supply a water purifier so no trips to the shop to get bottled water. We also have a wine cooler and each room has a ceiling fan. Full cooking facilities to include a microwave and dishwasher, clothes washing machine and an inhouse safe for valuables.
We are in the hospitality business and enjoy the service industry. We like to have a clean and well maintained facility, home away from home for our guests. We welcome any suggestions from our guests at anytime.
Located on the waters edge. Center of restaurants, bars and shopping. 300 meters to Chica Beach. No steps and very accessible. Car parking is 50 meters away at no charge. there is also a car rental company at the car park area. The apartment is central to every convenience. There is a beautiful cove for sea water swimming right below the apartment.
