The loft is in a nineteenth century building completely renovated. It has stone walls and wooden beam ceilings of the time, all combined with decoration and current advances as can be seen in the photos. Living room with large and comfortable sofa, 45-inch television and dining table for four people. Fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer and dishwasher. But undoubtedly the charm of the loft comes when night falls and we have to make use of lighting, in this case the property has 12 spotlights, apart from the central lights, which illuminate its great value are the stone walls and its wood roof.
My wife and I will be happy to assist you on your arrival and for anything else you may need during your stay. A friend of ours will be in charge of receiving you and guiding you in what you need to know about the property and the possibilities that Jerez offers as a tourist city. We live in the same locality so at any time, any need that arises, you have us at your disposal.
Add to all the above, without a doubt, is its excellent location, just 200 meters from the historic center of the city (restaurants, bars, tabancos, etc), 300 meters from the Cathedral of Jerez and 400 meters from the Arab Alcazar. Also the central market and the Villamarta Theater are just 600 meters away, that is, everything important in the city and what is at the center of it is at hand and without having to take a car or public transport. Holy Week and its Processions, of international tourist interest, go to scarcely 50 meters from the entrance of the building and the Flamenco Festival runs in its vicinity. The Feria de Jerez is within walking distance of just 25 minutes (1.7 km.). Also the beaches of El Puerto de Santa Maria, Sanlucar, Cadiz, Chiclana is about 20 minutes by car. The beaches of Zahara de los Atunes, Conil or Roche are also nearby.
