The house is made up of one floor and is made up of a living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, terrace and garden. The spacious and bright living room has been decorated with a chaise longue sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table and a smart TV; the dining room has a table with capacity for 6 people. The open plan kitchen has all the appliances and kitchenware for day to day use, refrigerator, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, crockery, cutlery, glassware, cutlery, cookware and table linen. The master bedroom is en suite, it has a dressing room and access to the garden, it has been equipped with a double bed and the bathroom has a shower, toilet and double sink. The guest bedroom has two single beds and a built-in wardrobe. The second bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The terrace has been decorated with a chill out room and another with a dining area. There is also a beautiful garden where you can sunbathe and all with stunning views of the sea in the background. Our property has air conditioning, WIFI, bed linen, towels and a garage. For your safety, the property complies with all the legal regulations. It has a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit. The urbanisation has two outdoor pools, one for adults and one for children, and an indoor pool (opening hours may vary depending on season, subject to variation of availability). There are also sun loungers, a huge garden and a gym with numerous exercise machines and dumbbells.

In the surroundings you can enjoy beaches such as Playa Beach and Playa del Cristo. Close to the Estepona Marina, restaurants and beach bars such as El Galeón, Paco beach bar, Paraíso del Mar or La Escollera. 25 minutes from Puerto Banús and 30 minutes from Marbella center by car. If you want to do activities there are the Aquamijas water parks in Mijas and Aqualand in Torremolinos, if you prefer another type of activity there is Aventura Amazonia in Marbella and the Selwo Aventura zoo.
