You will 100% love your holiday in this brand-new flat in Villamartin, nearby Alicante! - Enjoy the beautiful shared swimming pool - 2 bedrooms with extensive closet space - Complete kitchen with dishwasher, oven & microwave - Modern & cosy living room with a big smart TV - Fast Wi-Fi and enough space to work - A beautiful terrace with plenty of sun - Park for free in front of the flat - Air-conditioning in all the rooms - Brand new, constructed in 2023!
Personally, I have been travelling the world since I was 16 years old and Spain is definitely one of my favourite destinations! I would like to share my holiday home with you which is professionally managed so you can always enter a perfectly clean home with fresh towels and bedsheets.
You will love the environment of this modern apartment. A great benefit is the location on the famous Costa Blanca with more than 320 days of sun per year! In the environment there is plenty to do: - Various cute restaurants and bars on walking distance - Only 3 minutes drive to the Villamartín golf course - In 10 minutes you reach Zenia, the biggest outdoor shopping mall in the area. - In 10 minutes you can reach various, beautiful beaches. - In 7 minute drive you reach Viking Gym for your workouts. - Enjoy the Laguna Salada de Torrevieja, the famous pink salt lake - You can hike in the mountains near the apartment - Several cute towns nearby: Cartagena, Murcia and of course Alicante Free parking in front of the flat!
