HIGHLIGHTS ➢ 200 sq meter home including 4 PRIVATE OUTDOOR TERRACES (100sq) (includes a huge roof terrace/hang out area)!!! ➢ Ocean and mountain views and on golf-course ➢ 1 community pool close to the house ➢ High Speed Internet ➢ Smart TV in the living room ➢ Central heating and air conditioning. ➢ outdoor dining table and lounge ➢ 1 Private parking space (No. 11) ➢ 1 min walk to Westin La Quinta, Golf course and Taxi stand. ➢ Modern open plan living and dining area ➢ Large Scandinavian type kitchen
My husband and I live in Dubai and bought this place because of its location close to golf and beach, next to a 5 star hotel, sea and mountain views. Its great for golfing and hiking and not so busy in summer. We recently renovated the place and have a local agent that will support you with any request/additional services you require.
GREAT FOR GOLFING: 1 min walk to La Quinta Golf Course and Westin Hotel, within a 10 minute drive to many popular golf courses including Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, Aloha ★★10 Minute drive to Marbella and Puerto Banus★★ The property is only a few minutes drive to many beaches and tourist hot spots of Marbella and Puerto Banus. There are 2 charming villages (Urbanization Monte Halcones and La Heredia) just a 5 minutes drive away where you can find a supermarket, restaurants and coffee shops. The beautiful hillside village of Benahavis is 15 minutes away and offers excellent restaurants.
