Brand new 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom apartment with sea views and jacuzzi on the roof terrace, located in a luxury residence 100m away from the beach. It's situated in the quiet area, surrounded by mountains, park and a sea. Residence have indoor and outdoor pools, sauna and kids playground. 15 mins walk to the start of the promenade to the beautiful village of Villajoyosa and 7 min to drive to the shops and restaurants of Villajoyosa or Finestrat, so it's recommended to have a car for easy access to the facilities.

In area of Playa del Torres are some buildings still under construction, can provide little noise and ruin some views
