I am from Barcelona and I came to l'Ametlla de Mar because I love nature, the sea, harmony, beauty, balance, and tranquility. Here, I have found my paradise on earth, which I enjoy sharing with others. I have poured my creativity into this place. The estate covers 50,000 m2, including El Vergel, the Stone, Gravel and Color Gardens, the Mediterranean Forest, the Olive Grove, the Organic Garden, and two marked trails that run through the property in about 40 minutes in total. Each of the accommodations has exclusive outdoor areas, but you can explore the entire estate to enjoy the five artistic routes: Plant Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Cosmos, Values, and Stone Art. There are also two UNESCO routes: Dry Stone and Biosphere Reserve. Before check-in (3:00 p.m.) and after check-out (11:00 a.m.), you can leave your bags in the poolside restroom and changing room and enjoy the pool and the estate. This is an eco-friendly villa where most of the electricity comes from solar panels and, exceptionally, from a diesel generator. As air conditioning usually requires the use of the generator (which pollutes, makes noise, and can disturb and affect guests' sleep, as it is close to the main house and the guest house), we recommend using the fan in the room to cool down. If you wish to use the AIR CONDITIONING, this is also possible, at an additional cost of 8 EUROS PER HOUR. You will need to pay for the extra usage at check-out. The water comes from rain or tanks. In order not to use more water than is strictly necessary, our lawn is artificial, we have a drip irrigation system, and almost all the plants need little or no watering. Experience a vacation in an exclusive luxury villa! This boutique villa is full of art, combining the old and rustic Mediterranean with the modern and designer. It is made up of 4 unique accommodations: The Main House has 320 m2 built: living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and porches. IMPORTANT: IN THE UPSTAIRS BEDROOM AND BATHROOM THE CLOSETS ARE FULL WITH THE OWNER'S BELONGINGS. The Olive Tree Accommodation has 50 m2 and is located in the guest house. It consists of a room with a private bathroom inside it (25 m2) that combines typical antiques of the area with art and modern design, a private kitchenette near the room with an independent entrance from the garden (about 3.5 m2) and a private porch with a lounge and a dining table, a few meters from the kitchen (about 22 m2). It also has an exclusive outdoor area. The Pine Tree Accommodation is also located in the guest house and is 41 m2. It consists of a room with a private bathroom inside it (25 m2) that combines typical antiques of the area (some from the 18th century) with modern art and design, and a part of a tent 120 METERS AWAY, from 16 m2, where there is a simple kitchenette and a table to eat. It has an exclusive space around said tent. The Carob Tree House is quite far from the previous ones. It has about 80 m2 built and 2500 m2 of gardens for exclusive use. It consists of a living-dining room-kitchenette (23 m2), a bedroom and dressing room (19.5 m2), a bathroom (3.5 m2) and several porches. It merges a balance of wood, glass, bricks and other materials, in order to achieve a simultaneously warm and cool feeling. All accommodations have access to the pool, the pool bathroom and changing room, the gym, the area for tennis, football, basket-ball and swings and most of the property. Also to the jacuzzi from June to September.
