This high-end, totally refurbished 2 bed townhouse is sure to impress. Its amazing views from front and rear terraces and great location is an ideal place to enjoy a family holiday within walking distance to Manilva Pueblo, Sabinillas and La Duquesa and within striking distance of the jewel that is Estepona. Furnished with all mod cons including full worldwide TV, you will soon be ready to enjoy all the area can offer. The property has a fully equipped kitchen along with a dining room, spacious living room area and WC on the ground floor with access to a 25 metre sq terrace to the rear of the property that enjoys amazing views over the local area and ocean. The area can be fully covered by a sun awning and be illuminated in the evening. It has a 6 seater dining set, Gas BBQ and comfy seating. This area attracts the sun from sunrise until late afternoon, when you can move to the front of the property or the master bedroom balcony and enjoy the sun until sunset with amazing views over the local vineyards and hills. Upstairs can be found 2 x comfortable bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has its own terrace equipped with table and chairs, where you can enjoy the sun until sunset. It also has an ensuite bathroom equipped with bath and shower as well as sink and toilet facilities. Bedroom 2 enjoys amazing sea views and consists of 2 x single beds. A 3rd bedroom with 2 x smaller single beds could possibly be made available upon request, but is normally locked. Both bedrooms are served by a separate AC unit to downstairs and have built in wardrobes. The master bathroom has a large walk in rainfall shower as well as toilet, and sink facilities. The front terrace enjoys sun long into the evening and can be furnished with a foldaway patio set that is normally stored in the stairs cupboard, where a shoe rack and coat hooks can also be found. A security camera covers the rear terrace but this will be disabled for your stay and can also be covered by slightly pulling the sun canopy across.
There will be an appointed key holder for the duration of your visit who will be able to assist you in the event of any breakdowns. They are located in the marina, approx 2kms away. The host will also be on hand to answer any general queries you may have. We have tried to make the house as comfortable as we can for our guests and we hope that the attention to detail, high end finishings and comprehensive amenities will make you feel at home and enjoy your relaxing break. We have recently invested in a Broil King Gas BBQ, beach equipment and sun loungers to accompany all of the other amenities already on offer. As time goes on we hope to invest more in our facilities to make our guests stay ever more relaxing and fulfilling. We have provided signage around the house to assist you with checking in and out and to operate the equipment safely and efficiently. We will always be on hand via a telephone call to assist you should you encounter any issues and we have a local point of contact to assist also. As check in is non assisted, we request that all adult guests register with the Police remotely via an app. Full instructions of how to do this are provided and the process only takes a couple of minutes. Please note this is a legal requirement. Finally, feel free to contact the host ahead of your stay to ask anything that might be on your mind as we are striving to provide you with as good a base as we can from which to explore the local area and enjoy a fantastic vacation.
The Urbanisation of 18 properties share a fresh water pool measuring approximately 10 metres x 5. The place is ideally situated for golfers and beach lovers alike, with several golf courses within a few kms of the property and the beach (Sabinillas) is just a 25 minute walk down the hill. Fantastic places to visit by car are Casares, San Roque, Sotogrande, Seville and Ronda to name but a few. There is a fantastic 18 hole mini golf course nearby (Roman Oasis) that has a fantastic vibe and serves meals and drinks to accompany your round of golf. They also have music / BBQ nights on a Friday that are very good value for money and offer fantastic service. Nearby is the famous Roman Baths where Julius Caesar took the waters in days gone past and the remnants of these baths are still visible to this day and for those brave enough, you can even dip yourself in the refreshing mineral waters! All in all, there is something for everyone at this property and whether you are relaxing in and around the house or out in one of the towns with their abundance of bars and restaurants of every nationality, you are sure to enjoy your stay in this fantastic region. If you are looking for full on nightlife and noisy neighbourhoods then this will not be for you, but if you are looking for a great base from which to explore the Costa Del Sol from, you will be hard pushed to find a nicer area in such a well equipped property at this price. This is very much a traditional residential urbanisation with only 2 of the houses acting as holiday homes and we kindly request that you only book if you are prepared to respect the residents privacy. The breakdown of nationalities living on site is made up British, French, Spanish and German so it is a great place to immerse yourself in a true residential urbanisation.
