This brand new apartment , situated on the hot spot of the Marbella New Golden Mile, will give you all comfort you can imagine. Stylish interior, fully equipped, hugh sunny (from the morning till the evening) terraces with 270°panoramic views, heated pool (all year through 27°), directly on the golf course, 100% privacy on terraces, walking distance to the sea, beachbars, etc...
Direct entrance at the golf course of Atalaya, several good restaurants , supermarket at walking distance, very nice and open urbanisation, close to Puerto Banus, Benahavis, Marbella, all top beach bars etc..
