Access between hotels is restricted during the day, but at dinner time, after the pools close, access is fully open, so Cleopatra guests can enjoy the many dining options at Mare Nostrum Resort, such as "The Pier" Food Hall, Coal, Diabolo, Windsor, Palapa, or Hard Rock, where they will find a wide range of culinary offerings without having to leave the resort, paying the corresponding price at each point of sale. Safari Shopping Centre, with plenty of shops and facilities is a 3-minute walk away. The hotel can be found 1 km from Las Americas Golf Course. It is less than 15 km from Tenerife Sur Airport.
