Property information

The apartment is in the Marina de la Alcaidesa, has access to 4 swimming pools and dense gardens. Wide balcony has a sea view and dining furniture. The beach is within few minutes to walk, cross the street, pass hole 7 underground passage of the great Alcaidesa the Links golf course. Apartment has a large living / dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The whole apartment has the air conditioning. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all fully equipped with bed sheets, towels, beach towels.

Neighbourhood information

Alcaidesa Property Team will accompany the client to the apartment Monday to Saturday, from 9 to 21 o‘clock with no additional charge. If you arrive outside these times, please inform us/them, and the additional surcharge of 50 Euro will be billed for this service.
