Customers are informed that the type Duplex with Shared Terrace are on the third floor of the building, where the living room with kitchen and bathroom of the apartment are, and on the top floor of the apartment, the fourth floor of the building, the bedroom with an exit door to the community terrace where the guest go up to have a drink and enjoy the views in the bar, so on Fridays and Saturdays it can be noisy from 6:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. . When sending the reservation confirmation, the document must be signed giving consent to the knowledge and acceptance of the special conditions for both noise and voice. If this document is not signed, the accommodation may cancel your reservation.
