Neighbourhood information

MEDITERRANEA residential is located in Xeraco Beach, a step away from the “landscaped” walkway “derechos humanos”, a playground and a sports area. It is only one hundred meters from the fine sandy beach. In the immediate vicinity we find all kinds of services, such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, ice cream bars, etc. Xeraco beach is very familiar and quiet, ensures necessary and deserved rest!! With public transport you can access the city of Gandia (13 km) and the town of Xeraco (2 km). For aquatic activities, there is a windsurfing club in the northern area of Gandia beach, and also several companies in Gandia yacht club that are dedicated to jet skis, sailing, scuba diving and others related to the sea.
