I´m the owner of this villa and the most important is your satisfaction and you are looking forward to returning. Being born in Maspalomas, gives me a great knowledge of the area and to be able to advise you on anything you may need. I live only 5 minutes from the villa, so the answer to possible needs would be answered immediately.

Property information

Ananda Vistas Meloneras is a modern villa with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, exquisite decoration and a privileged view of Meloneras, where you can enjoy the magnificent climate of the south of Gran Canaria. The hot tub, heated pool, pool bar and the barbecue make the outside the perfect place to observe the privileged views of the Meloneras golf course and the Atlantic Ocean. Its south-southwest orientation allows magnificent sunsets and guarantees sun throughout the day. The villa is located in a quiet urbanization with supermarket, hospital, beach and golf course a few meters away. Many restaurants, terraces, shops and casinos can be found within a 5-minute drive.

Neighbourhood information

Meloneras is the newest and most modern area in the south of Gran Canaria. The best restaurants, trendy shops and Casino are located in Meloneras, as well as the 18-hole golf course by the sea. At the entrance of the urbanization, just one minute from the villa, there is a large supermarket to make the purchase.
