Mirarmar "L" is a large apartment with private pool and sea views located in the residential area of ​​Cala Galdana. Miramar stands out for its views and its location, as it is only two minutes walking from the beach. The apartment has a private pool, four double bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, two large terraces, barbecue and parking space. The property is distributed on two levels plus the swimming pool area. On one level there are three double bedrooms and one bathroom, down a few steps there is the other double bedroom, another bathroom, a large living room with kitchen and a large terrace ideal to enjoy the sea views.

The resort of Cala Galdana is one of the most popular and prestigious in Menorca. This is due to its beautiful beach that is surrounded by cliffs that border and protect it from the wind, its fine white sand, crystal clear waters and its shell shape, make it a true paradise. Cala Galdana is a beach that has all the necessary services such as baywatch, sunbeds, boat rentals, restaurants and more leisure.The beach is ideal for young children who are learning to swim, as the sea does not cover in the first 50 meters. The complex is very safe and quiet in a family atmosphere. In its shopping area has many shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, water sports and leisure as boat rental, kayaking, horseback riding, cycling etc. Cala Galdana is surrounded by a natural environment, ideal for walking, for example through the Barranc d'Algendar or walk through the Cami de Cavalls to Cala Mitjana (15min walk), to Trebaluger (45 min) that is a lovely and unspoiled beach or the well knowed Cala Macarella (35min walk).
