This is a 3 bedroom and 2 and a half bathroom house (3 very large bedrooms - master bedroom with large ensuite (large walk in shower with 2 showers and large 2 person jacuzzi bath) bathroom, 2 other bedrooms share one bathroom (with full bath and overhead shower) and a separate guest toilet with wash basin). The house has an open plan living area with sofa, TV, dining and kitchen area, It is a comfortable, peaceful place to stay, with many different areas to relax - pool, jacuzzi, roof terrace, trampoline , play ping pong, garden, comfortable sitting room with TV. Pool heating is optional and costs 20 euros per day. The house is a short appx 400 metre walk to the nearest beach. The house looks onto the garden area from the living room and master bedrooms and onto the small terrace from the 2 additional bedrooms. Large roof terrace and garden. Lots of areas for guests to enjoy. There is a gas fireplace in the sitting room with a 49 inch TV. There is a 600Mbps Fibre Optic internet connection offering powerful Wifi throughout the house & IPTV, Spanish channels and Netflix on the TV. There is also a tower speaker with Bluetooth connection connection to play music from your mobile devices. The kitchen has a large oven and a 4 ring gas hob. There is a large gas BBQ on the terrace along with a fridge and small freezer on the terrace for drinks. There is one large table seating 6 on the terrace and a further smaller table if required. There is a toaster, a blender, a kettle and a microwave in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with many sets of cutlery and plates and glasses as well as pots, pans, cooking utensils etc. There is a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. The house is suitable for children and people with reduced mobility as it is all on one level with a couple of steps up to the entrance. There is a sunny roof terrace with seating & sun chairs with sea & mountain views, accessed from the garden by a flight of stairs.
This is a house where I lived for 10 years and then when we bought another house to began to rent it out for short term holiday rentals.
This is a residential neighbourhood, close to the sea, with a Sol Meliá hotel between the house and beach.
