This is a unique opportunity to enjoy the incredible proximity to the sea. From the moment you step outside the apartment, you're only a few steps away from the soft, golden sand! The apartment not only offers immediate access to the beach but also excellent transportation links – right next to the building, there is a tram stop where you can easily reach the vibrant city center of Alicante or the picturesque Benidorm. The close proximity to the sea and convenient transportation make this the ideal spot for both relaxing and exploring the region.

Muchavista Beach stretches for several kilometers, offering a wide, spacious area of bright, soft sand perfect for relaxation. In the summer months, you can find beach bars called "Chiringuitos" directly on the beach, where you can relax with a cool drink and sunbeds and umbrellas for added comfort during sunny days. For sports enthusiasts, volleyball nets are set up on the beach, and we provide a ball in the apartment for your convenience. Our guests can also use bikes and the paddle surfboard from the apartment.
