This is a stylish 5-bedroom mansion in Maranyà. It's located in the countryside and offers great views of the beautiful surroundings. It is ideal for big groups. The mansion is 13 km from the Sant Martí Empúries beach and 15 km from L'Escala beach. Its proximity from the main tourist destinations of the area will allow you to enjoy a family holiday with filled with cultural, gastronomic and sporting delights. Golf lovers can go to the Pitch & Putt Par 3-Gualta golf course 13 km away. There's a restaurant 1.5 km away and a supermarket 5 km from here. The traditional Catalan mansion has a private swimming pool. There's a luxurious living room with a large fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, and dining room. There is a large terrace and solarium upstairs. You can play a game of foosball or enjoy a nice barbecue. You can get a cot and high chair on request. Public transport is 1.5 km away.
