Great and modern holiday villa located only a few minutes from the nearest beach of Cala San Vicente. The house has been designed and decorated with great taste and delicacy, thinking about all the details.
The whole house is built on the same level, so it stands out for your comfort and habitability in all rooms, has a living room, 3 bright bedrooms with air conditioning (1 with double bed, 2 with 2 twin beds), 2 full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen which leads directly into the cozy living-dining area.
On the outside terrace there is a dining table with capacity for 6 people ideal to enjoy “al fresco” dinners during hot summer nights, whether with family or friends.
The pool size is about 9 x 3 meters long, plenty of privacy, surrounded by a beautiful garden and a decking area with sun loungers and small tables.
