this appartement is modern and just renovated with all luxery for a comfortabel Holiday vacation. the appartement offers a big terras with a nice vieuw on the swimmingpool and center of Elviria and the beautifull mountains. the 2 sleeping rooms are privat and very big with each there own privat bathroom,there is a open kitchen with all facilitys . The big Swimmingpool is ideal for a family stay and from the big terras you have a look over the pool and control when somebody of the family is using the pool. Next to the Appartement is a big Adveture climbing parc a nice activity for the whole family also within walking distance of 30 seconds. the appartement is 24 hours secured and the shoppingcenter and restaurants and all bars are within a walking distance of not more then 1 minut. The beach is also in walking distance of 2-3 minuts This appartement is ideal for who like to have a luxery inside and all things within walking distance to have a comfortabel Holiday stay.
