Welcome to your dream apartment in Higueron, located in a quiet area! The apartment is newly renovated and stylishly furnished with all modern stylish amenities and a private jacuzzi on the terrace. The apartment features 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a big terrace with outdoor furniture and can accommodate up to 4 people.
 With excellent connections to the local train and the beach, it is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. NOTE: Please note that during the week, Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm, there may be construction noise near the accommodation.
 ⚠️Please note that the jacuzzi is not pre-filled prior to guest arrival. You are welcome to fill it yourself once you check in. Additionally, the fireplace is not available for use. Thank you for your understanding. The access to the apartment is digital and requires a smartphone with an internet connection to unlock both the exterior and interior doors. Upon booking, you will receive detailed instructions on how to use the digital key system. - Please note that all guests (regardless of their age) must fill the legal registration form Orden INT/321/2021, according to the Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 933/2021). When traveling with a minor, you'll be requested to indicate the type of family relationship. Refusing to comply the order above will form a formal ground to deny the access to the property and will not be subject to any compensation.
