Seaside studio apartment overlooking Mediterranean Sea
Niza Apartments are located in Paguera, south west of Mallorca Island. Each air-conditioned studio features a balcony with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. Studios at Niza offer direct access to Palmira Beach and Palmira Paguera Boulevard. Decorated simply, they feature a TV, a private bathroom with a bathtub and a kitchenette including an electric hob. A safe can be rented. A variety of bars, restaurants and supermarkets can also be found in the surrounding area. You can drive to Palma de Mallorca Airport in around 40 minutes. The property can arrange an airport transfer for a supplement.
