Property information

We’re located in the heart of the city. The apartment is opposite the famous Palacio de los Mora and located right on the prestigious ´Calle Ancha´, which was referred to by the Spanish writer - Galdós, as the ´1st Street of Spain´. It is one of the most historical and architectually interesting in Cadiz, comprising of old palaces, homes built for the élite in the 18th century, and shops.... Calle Ancha leads straight to the main square of Cadiz - Plaza San Antonio. It’s easy to find us, but hard to leave. The accommodation has been designed for couples only. All of the major tourist attractions are located within a short distance from your front door. Guests have access to a huge top floor terrace with spectacular views across the city of Cadiz. No.14 provides couples only accommodation in a stylish and thoughtfully redesigned apartment. Floor space consists of an open plan studio with sleeping, living and dining areas as well as a shower room and walk in wardrobe. There’s also a small table for dining (should you ever wish to) situated in the original bay window overlooking Calle Ancha. Please note there are 5 steps from lift to the apartment.

Neighbourhood information

Calle Ancha leads directly down onto Plaza San Antonio. A wonderful square dominated by it's imposing cathedral. Here the locals come to wander the many restaurant's and tapas bar's that are on offer. Even for a pre or post dinner aperitif, there's something magical about here whenever you visit. Getting around If you're visiting by car.. you won't need it! There's an underground car park at the end of Calle Ancha which is ideal for 1-2 nights. This is the Plaza San Antonio option and offers three levels of parking - the spaces are a little tight for the nervous driver! However, if you wish to stay with us for longer, we would recommend the Parking Santa Barbara which is situated around 10 minutes walk from No. 14. Unlike the Plaza San Antonio Car Park this offers multiple entrance and exits from one prepaid ticket and daily rates decrease the longer you stay. Also, the spaces are noticeably larger too! Once in Cadiz the best way to explore is by foot. You can cover the peninsula from one side to the other in around 30 minutes, but we guarantee within 5 you'll have discovered something else to make you want to stop and linger for awhile!
