This attractive and bright apartment, carefully decorated, has 159 m² and is divided into 3 levels. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and capacity to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. In the ground floor there is a large living room with comfortable sofas, free Wi-Fi and double doors that open onto a large terrace with direct access to the garden and the communal pool. There is also a single room, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, gas hob, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and dishes and bowls. A staircase leads to the upper two floors (there is no elevator). On the first floor there is a chill out area to rest with TV, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, 1 single and 2 rooms with two single beds each. Finally, on the top floor there is a large master bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom. This bedroom has access to two terraces overlooking the garden, the pool and partial sea views.

The establishment is located just 20 m from the Playa Segon Muntanya "rock beach and 200 m from the sandy beach of Playa del Arenal. It is also close to all the services supermarkets, bars, beach bars, a post office, a pharmacy , several banks and shops.A three-minute walk will take you to the nearest large supermarket.The attractive port and the old town of Javea are about 3 kilometers away, and there are two excellent golf courses within a 20-minute radius.
