This amount is non-refundable and we will accept changes in the dates (subject to availability, with a supplement in case the rates for the new dates are higher) up to 15 days prior to arrival. 15 days before arrival, the prepayment of the remaining 80% of the booking will be requested.
We do offer parking, however its subject to availability and needs to be booked in advances and it comes with a daily fee.
