"Magic theater. Not for anyone" Such is the slogan that caught the attention of Harry Haller in his walk through life. Every time I pass the doors of one of our residences, I have that same feeling. A mixture of intrigue and adventure that plays with harmony and inner well-being. Our residences are carefully chosen to provide each one something special: "Olatu Haundi" in the emblematic Miramar building tells me about the sea, storms and spectacular waves seen from very high above. "La Ostra" in front of the cafe de La Kontxa and la Perla, they allow me to be there among the strollers of the Kontxa, I even hear their voices, but when I want, I press a key and all that bustle is transformed into relaxation, luxury and comfort , without compromises with huge spaces. "Olatu Txiki" in the Txiki desert, where I leave the little ones at their leisure to enjoy the beach ... But I don't keep unraveling mysteries and I invite you to discover them yourself. I want to share with you all those sensations, that you enjoy them and make your stay in our residences something unique, that you will remember forever and invite you to repeat. Agur bero bat

Unbeatable penthouse in the emblematic Miramar Building, on the Paseo de Salamanca in San Sebastian-Donostia. It is a modern, elegant building, with elevators, a concierge and without architectural barriers, located in front of the Cantabrian Sea, in the famous Parte Vieja of San Sebastian. With panoramic views of the sea and Zurriola beach, the apartment is equipped with all the comforts. Olatu Haundi has a bedroom with a double bed and an adjoining bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The kitchen, large and bright, has a table where you can have breakfast listening to the noise of the waves. The open plan living / dining room is the largest room in the apartment and has a comfortable sofa where you can watch TV, read or have tea in an intimate corner. The apartment has free parking in the same building and has free Wi-Fi access throughout its surface. All the windows face the outside, creating a bright and cheerful atmosphere.

Neighbourhood information

Privileged area of the city, near the Bretxa Market, a place with traditional stalls and a shopping center where local suppliers meet who receive visitors with an impressive selection of vegetables, fruits, cheeses and even flowers, from Playa de La Zurriola and the gastronomic area where most of the city's bars and restaurants are located and where you can taste the famous pintxos with a cider or a good txakoli. La Kontxa beach is a 10-minute walk away. . Leaving the house, we are on the beautiful Paseo Nuevo promenade and a step away from the climb to Monte Urgull, which has some of the best views of the city from above, from where you can descend to the fishing port and again to the historic helmet.
