Brand new luxury villa, detail-oriented design with fireplace, Jacuzzi, barbecue, terraces and sea+Teide views garden, located in a banana plantation. Fully-equipped and light-filled. It can accommodate up to 6 persons. It consists of: • Three bedrooms, the main one with a double bed and the secondary ones, with two single beds, all of them with sea views. • Spacious living room with fireplace and light-filled dining area with sea views. • Fully-equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing/dryer machine and fridge. It includes coffee maker, kettle, toaster, kitchenware, crockery, cutlery and table linen. • Two complete bathrooms, both with shower and sea views. . Jacuzzi, shower, parasol and sun beds. • Sunny furnished terraces next to a large garden with a lake. • Barbecue. • Outdoor parking.
