PaulMarie Ocean View Near Beach is modern spacious holiday apartment in the first line in Costa Adeje. Located in a complex "Los Geranios" in the first line - only 200 meters from the beach! The complex is located in an area with developed infrastructure. The apartment is equipped for living and comfortable accommodation for 6 guests. The apartment has a cozy balcony- terrace where where it is nice to slowly drink refreshments while enjoying the stunning view of the Atlantic Ocean! The space of apartment is 2 bedroom, one living room, compact kitchen, one bathroom and cozy balcony-terrace with fantastic Ocean View. the bed in the second bedroom is easily modified from a large double to two singles. A crib is available upon request. Airport transfer for additional cost. To ensure a comfortable stay, please note the following house rules: —Smoking and parties are not allowed, and pets are not permitted. We’ll be happy to guide you to designated smoking areas. —The minimum age to make a reservation is 24 years. Children under 18 can only stay when accompanied by their parents. Guests who do not meet this requirement may be refused check-in or asked to provide five hundred euro cash deposit, at the discretion of the property. — Drying clothes on the balcony railings is strictly prohibited and may result in a fine. The apartment is situated in Playa de Fañabe, 400 metres from Puerto Colón Marina. Several shops, bars and restaurants can be found on the nearby seafront promenade. Las Américas Golf Course is 2 km away. Just in 5 minutes’ walk from Parque de San Eugenio, the town’s main shopping area. Here you will also find restaurants and a Mercadona supermarket.
