This residential complex is close to the beach and an 18-hole golf course designed by Severiano Ballesteros. It also has beautiful common areas with large garden areas with swimming pools, as well as garages and storage rooms. All located just 300 meters from the sea in Oliva Nova Beach & Golf Resort, one of the best tourist resorts in Spain with all types of services within easy reach. Within walking distance of the Equestrian Center. Oliva Nova also has a commercial center where several stores, restaurants, doctor, pharmacy,. are present. Apartment with 1 bedroom and spacious terrace. All necessities are present in the apartment and is fully equipped.
