Spacious luxury apartment of nearly 200 m2, in the best neighbourhood of Santa Cruz de Tenerife: Zona Rambla-Los Hoteles. A privileged central location, but very quiet, fully accessible directly from the street and prepared to make your stay an exceptional experience. Fully equipped for families, by a large family that understands how challenging it can be to travel with children; with all the comforts and a modern design, and located on the ground floor of an emblematic building of the city. Located at less than 150 m from the world famous Carnival of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, one minute away from the García Sanabria Park, two streets from the tram that connects Santa Cruz and La Laguna. Its privileged location in the Zona Rambla-Los Hoteles nedibourhood, gives you the opportunity to explore the city of Santa Cruz and discover the island of Tenerife. Without a single step from street level, it’s ideal for people with reduced mobility. It can accommodate 6 guests, you will be able to choose between three king size beds (180 cm x 200 cm), two king size beds and two single beds (90 x 200) or one king size bed and four single beds. If needed, you will also have a cot, highchairs, baby bath, baby hammock, baby playpen, toys and all the amenities to make your family feel at home. The doble glazing of pour windows will guarantee the silence and rest of our guests, and there is a fantastic exterior backyard.

The Zona Rambla-Los Hoteles neighborhood belongs to the Centro-Ifara district. It is a residential neighborhood, very central and connected to the nerve centers of the city of Santa Cruz. Full of houses of great architectural interest, it is located next to the impressive García Sanabria Park (which is practically a botanical garden), the Rambla de Santa Cruz or the Plaza Weyler and the commercial area of ​​Calle del Castillo. It has all kinds of services within walking distance, such as shops, supermarkets, pharmacy, or police station, and has a tram stop that connects Santa Cruz with La Laguna, as well as multiple stops on the different bus lines.
