I am a web programmer and I live in Manresa, I and my mother take care of cleaning up the floor and giving the keys to the guests. I'm 30 minutes from the floor, for anything I can approach or send quickly to a trusted person in case of emergency.

Property information

Spectacular rustic apartment in the center of the beautiful village of Borredà. A very quiet area with access by the main street and views of the mountains. We are less than an hour from the ski resorts of La Molina, Masella and Rasos de Peguera, by secondary roads WITHOUT TRANSIT and WITHOUT TOLLS. Space for 4 people, a double room and a large sofa-bed in the living room. Children of any age are welcome. The entire floor with parquet and spectacular propane gas fireplace of 1.30mt long. (1 bottle of gas per reservation included) Bathroom with floor and walls of micro-cement rock effect, heated towel rail. Natural lamb carpets, 2 in room and one large in the living room. All the furniture is unique and handmade. Figure and mirror made by hand, from the designer Tom's Dragg. Full kitchen with barbecue, hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, ...
