The patio stairs take us to the upper floor where the spaces are distributed as follows: living-dining room, fully equipped american kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds, one toilet and one bathroom with shower. It has a large closed garage for one car and bicycles, air conditioning and heating through duct and wifi. It is located 200m from the beach and a few meters from the center.
