The fine print
According to the regulations of the Spanish Ministry of the Interior (Royal Decree 933-2021 of 26th of October) it will be necessary to fill in a form with basic data of the people who are going to stay and are over 14 years old.
According to the article 54 TER Royal Decree 1065-2007 of 27 July, guests over 14 years of age will need to provide a photo of their ID documents.
