Offering great front sea views, , Penthouse Apartment with amazing views, accommodation with a nice front terraza and a amazing up terrace ROOFTOP of more than 70 m 2 with barbacue, chillout zone , loungers, , is located just in front of the sea , really just a few steps going down the stairs of the building 1 minute and less than 20 metres, on the beach , on Playa de La Mata, the largest and probably best one in this area, The property was built in 1996 and reformed this year 2022 , offers accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. This apartment comes with 3 bedrooms, a kitchen with a microwave and a fridge, a flat-screen TV, a seating area, and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet, Towels and bed linen are provided. The apartment has an exclusive ROOFTOP so a nice up terrace solarium. Fantastic, Front line, Penthouse offers a barbecue . loungers, external showers , chillout area, even hot tube jaccuzzi can be enjoyed near the accommodation. (It is not a shared area it is a part of apartment and only can be used by you. The nearest Alicante Airport only 30 Km away , and Murcia San javier Airport 31 Km away and Murcia Region International Airport is about 50 km away. Front line sea views, spacious with amazing views really on the beach just reaching going down the building stairs.
