Property information

This very bright one-bedroom apartment is located on the 4th floor (with lift) in the center of Albir. All the facilities are nearby; shops, restaurants, bars etc. The beach is 850m by foot. The apartment consists of a living room with an open kitchen, a dining area with a glazed terrace which overlooks the garden and the communal swimming pool. In the bathroom you will find a spacious walk-in shower and bidet. Air conditioning (cooling/heating) is in both the living room and in the bedroom.

Neighbourhood information

Bars, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets are just outside the building. The high street is at the front door. The beach is 10-15 minutes (850m) walking from the flat. Parking is free of charge in Albir and there are plenty of options nearby.
