A beautiful 2 bedrooms,2 bathrooms apartment situated right in the heart of the famous Marina of Puerto Portals. Newly reformed and refurnished(2019),with stunning sea views overlooking the yachts and the entire port.The apartment has a fully equipped new kitchen with everything you might need.Situated in a secure gated community with nice gardens and a huge community swimming pool. You have direct access to the port and are 3 minutes walking distance from the famous Portals beach. Puerto Portals offers a rich variety of restaurants ,bars and chic boutiques and not to forget a supermarket! 10 min drive from Palma city-itself,20 min drive from Palma airport.For the golf lovers, the Bendinat Golf course is only 5 min. drive away. For the tennis players there is a huge tennis court about 10 min walking from the apartment,right next to the tennis court is Marina Land a loved destination for all the families, a beautiful water zoo park. Hope you enjoy your stay.The apartment is done similar to the standards of a 4**** + hotel. Everything is brand new and done with lots of love to create a perfect environment for your holiday. The location is perfect and I live next door to You!!!

I love living in The Port. You are in the middle of everything you want to do on your vacation. Walk to the beach during the day, or to one of the many restaurants or bars at night time. There is a supermarket, hairdresser, beauty saloons, spa, coffee shops and plenty of boutiques. All of this is in front of your doorstep. It is simply great. You are minutes away from everything you could need. Renting a car is optional. Depends if you want to explore the island or you just want to relax and stay local. Yes, the Port is easy, but if you need any insider tips about the rest of the island, don´t hesitate to ask me, I´ll be happy to assist you. The apartment is done with lots of love to create a perfect environment for your holiday so you can relax and leave the stress behind.
There is no better place to be than Puerto Portals, Mallorca. It was rated to be one of the best places ever to be...and still is. The beauty of the island and its amazing beachside is well known. Puerto Portals is the heart of Mallorca. where you will be staying is. There is not a better place to be.
