Beautiful villa with large garden in Platges de Muro. This fantastic villa, with a natural grass garden, is located 100 m from the beautiful beach of Platges de Muro. It has a barbecue, furnished terraces and outdoor parking space within the same building. It is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the wonderful weather of the island.

Neighbourhood information

The property is located in a quiet residential area. A few metres from the villa there are several supermarkets and restaurants. The villa is very close to S'Albufera National Park, which is ideal for walking or cycling and enjoying the Mediterranean fauna and flora within. It is well-connected with the coastal areas through a nearby bus service from Can Picafort to Port d'Alcúdia, where you will find many shops and enjoy the cuisine of the island.
