Only 100 meters from Metro Line 5/Line 7 - direct access to the city center | tourist attractions | bullring | train station | airport b.) 1,500 meters from the beach - it takes 20 minutes to walk to the beach, no need to consider any transportation facilities, just walk there with your family and pets, even late at night, no need to worry about not having public transportation back to your residence, you can even go to see the sunrise in the morning c.) Located in the center of the community park - opposite your apartment door is no longer a trash can, bus station, pedestrian street but an elegant and quiet community park, with excellent privacy. As long as you open the door, you can sit on the bench in the park to relax, rest or accompany your pet (many B&B apartments in Valencia are located along the street)
