One of the most prestigious complexes in the Costa Adeje and El Duque. House with ocian view is 300 sqm with 4 bedrooms, located just 10 minutes walk from El Duque beach. The house consists of 3 levels: on the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom, the main bedroom has an exit to the terrace overlooking the ocean and a complex of villas, on the ground floor there is a large spacious living room with a dining area with access to the terrace and a patio with barbecue, bathroom, on the ground floor another bedroom, bathroom and children's play area.
For me, the main thing in life is family and the opportunity to travel with comfort.
The ideal and very prestigious location near the 5-star hotels, for a quiet relaxing family vacation, everything you need for recreation is within walking distance, a big promenade about 8 kilometers along the ocean, many beaches, the nearest Playa del Duque and Fanabe. There are also many excellent restaurants and bars within walking distance. There is a large shopping center Plaza del duque with world-class luxury brands
