Outside the key collection hours, the client has the option to pick up the keys in a mailbox. This service has an extra cost of 25€ per booking. The client has to notify us of their late arrival and we will send them instructions by mail.

A swimming cap must be used in the indoor pool.
Towels are changed every 4 days and bed linen every 7 days.
