This fantastic house located in Puerto de Santa Maria, welcomes 5 guests to enjoy a quiet and comfortable stay. The exteriors of this fantastic urbanization have a shared chlorine swimming pool with dimensions of 19x8 metres and a depth of between 1.1 and 2 metres, surrounded by natural grass that invites you to lie down and sunbathe. Outside the house there is a garden where you can relax in the open air or enjoy a meal with your companions under the fully furnished porch. The spacious interior of the property is distributed over 2 floors. Starting on the ground floor you will find a spacious living room that is distributed in two areas, the first area has two sofas next to a Smart TV where you can enjoy an evening of movies with your companions, and the second area has a sofa next to the fireplace. This second area connects directly with a kitchen open to the living room with ceramic hob, fully equipped with the necessary utensils to cook comfortably during your stay. The first bathroom of the house, with shower, completes the ground floor. Going up the stairs you will find the first floor where you will find the 3 bedrooms of the house. The first bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom with bathtub. The second bedroom has two single beds, while the third bedroom has a single bed, both with wardrobe. Finally, a third bathroom with bathtub serves this floor. The house has centralized A/C so all the rooms have air conditioning. The property has a washing machine for your use during your stay. The swimming pool is open all year round. The house has a floor -1 closed during the stay. Please note that the opening and closing dates of the communal pool are subject to community regulations and may vary depending on the season, without prior notice.
