This charming Mallorcan villa combines traditional character with modern comfort, offering the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. Built in 2005 with exposed stone walls and wooden beams, the property features a private pool surrounded by artificial grass, a small Mediterranean garden, and breathtaking views over Palma Bay and the Tramuntana Mountains. The ground floor includes a spacious open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, and a double bedroom with direct access to the garden and pool. Upstairs, you will find two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom, one with access to a terrace boasting spectacular views. Designed to accommodate up to six guests, the villa is ideal for families or groups seeking a peaceful stay while remaining close to Palma’s cultural, shopping, and dining scene. After being closed for several years since the pandemic, the property reopens in August 2025 to welcome guests with comfort, privacy, and authentic Mallorcan charm.
