This apartment is being fully renovated and will be open for booking on 1st of june 2024 for its first renting. More pictures will be available soon as renovation progresses. 1-Very quiet place: This property is located in a pine tree area (wonderful scent) within a small private estate with 3 blocks and 4 flats per block. 2-Spectacular sea view and walking distance from beaches: There is a spectacular view of PLATJA SA RIERA which is literally 2 mns walk or 150 meters from the flat (measured and timed). Platja ILLA ROJA is also at 5 mns walking distance. 3-Close supermarket and seaside restaurants: Both of which sell authentic Catalonian food. Walking distance 100 meters from flat 4-Private closed and locked garage for one car Just under the flat terrace full safety with locked doors 5-Easy and pleasant hikes by the sea Cami di ronda starts right under the flat to go along platja sa riera + isla roja + platja de pals
