In a beautiful coastal town we discovered this charming house, very well equipped and with an outdoor space designed to enjoy in company. It is the ideal destination for a getaway to Cantabria. Just 5 minutes by car are the impressive beaches of Berria and Trengandín. In addition, 10 minutes away is the Santoña Marismas Natural Park. Just 7 minutes away is the town of Santoña, known for its wide range of tourist and gastronomic activities. HOUSE LAYOUT The ground floor has a bright living room with a large dining room that communicates with the kitchen and one of the outdoor terraces. It also has a full bathroom. On the first floor, three cozy double bedrooms and another full bathroom. OUTSIDE AREA The terrace, connected to the living room, offers clear views of the surroundings. It has a barbecue area and several outdoor spaces to enjoy and relax in good company: such as another larger dining area and another smaller one next to the entrance of the house. Outdoor furniture can be adapted to the needs of guests. KITCHEN The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances: refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, etc. In addition, it has a small breakfast table and is located adjacent to the dining room.

FOR SURF LOVERS - Located near the popular beaches of Berria and Trengandín, highly appreciated by surfers. - The house has an outdoor area where the boards can be stored. - There are several surf schools nearby.
