Stunning renovated panoramic sea view apartment! A must see! Close to boulevard and beach, restaurants, bars, backery and supermarket. Bus and taxi stop are arround the corner. The apartment is totaly renovated with brand new kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, livingroom with airco, WiFi, 50" tv with EU channels. Bedroom for 2 persons and washingmachine. The apartment is located in the lower area on the hill to the Faro and has a parking opportunity in front of the building. Parking possibility in front of the building. Taxi stand is arround the corner. Busstop en pickup possibility arround the corner. Cheap possibillity for airport transfer is Beniconnect. The transferstop is also arround the corner. We have an agent close by for check-in and check-out, to show you the apartment and she will hand over the keys. She is also available for help and questions.
I love the location of Albir, because of the great hiking and walking opportunities, marvelous sights and the cosy ambiance. That's why I bought an apartment there. I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do!
About Albir Albir is situated on the Costa Blanca in the south east of Spain, within the Community of Valencia, close to Benidorm, l'Alfàs del Pí, Denia, Vilajoyosa, Alcoy, Oliva, and Guadalest. The modern town is spacious and clean, with lots of lovely wide tree-lined streets to stroll along in the evening or sit out on a pavement café and watch the world go by. Albir is a popular relaxing holiday destination, perfect for families. The town is accesible from the A7 motorway and by train. The local airport is Alicante, less than one hours drive from Albir. Beach: Albir is famous for its beautiful sandy beach, the Playa de Racó de l’Albir, it has received many times over the European Union Blue Ribbon award. Cuisine Eating out in Albir you can enjoy the flavours of the sea, together with the magnificent rice and noodles dishes, traditional to this region. There are also international restaurants catering to every taste. Climate: Albir enjoys a fantastic mild all year round climate, with temperatures reaching 40ºC in the summer; the winters are warm and temperate.
