This new and barrier-free building stands out for its cozy and charming furnishings. The spacious and bright living room is tastefully decorated and features a comfortable seating area and a dining table. The open kitchen is modern and well equipped. The living room is air-conditioned. There are two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) that can be joined together, and both have direct access to the terrace. The first bedroom is connected to an adapted shower room, while the second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. In front of the house there is a large terrace where you can enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings and the beautiful views of the countryside. There are several seating areas, including a table, sun loungers, a comfortable sofa, and an awning that provides shade. Air conditioning is available for an extra charge depending on usage.
