Property information

Nice flat located in Son Parc, near Es Mercadal. It has a shared swimming pool and capacity for 4 people. The outside of the apartment complex will transmit you the authentic Menorcan essence. Strolling through its beautiful gardens you will come to a shared chlorine swimming pool with a children's area. It measures 20x10m and its depth varies between 0.5m and 2m. Once in the flat, you will be able to enjoy a terrace where you can relax in the sun or have something to eat with your family and friends. Due to its location in a building, the flat has direct neighbours. The interior of the flat is designed for your relaxation. The living-dining room has AC and TV and is open to the kitchen, which is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house. When it is time to sleep you will find 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with shower. Please note that the opening and closing dates of the communal pool are subject to community regulations and may vary depending on the season, without prior notice. Updated information will be available upon your arrival.

Neighbourhood information

The flat is located in a really privileged enclave, since many points of interest are close by. Thus, the magical villages of Es Mercadal and Fornells, which preserve all the Minorcan essence, are only a few kilometres away. Both are perfect for wandering among their whitewashed buildings and enjoying the best restaurants where you can enjoy typical dishes of the island's gastronomy. If you would like to learn a little more about Menorcan culture, you can visit the Talayotic settlement of Sa Torreta or visit the El Toro viewpoint, where you can enjoy panoramic views of Menorca. Finally, we recommend a visit to the Macar de Sa Llosa Natural Park, which offers an incomparable maritime setting where you can enjoy the Mediterranean in all its splendour.
