This 140m² vacation home is located in the quaint maritime town of Capdepera in eastern Majorca, a sunny island in Spain's Balearic Islands. The holiday home consists of a living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. The home features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite TV, coin-operated air conditioning units in all bedrooms, fan, and a washing machine. The home is suitable for children and provides a baby bed and highchair (both upon request). Guests can enjoy the spectacular sea view and the ocean breeze from the home's balcony and they can sit on the uncovered terrace, or cook on the grill, all private features. There are many excellent bars and restaurants situated on the seafront, just 5 minutes (3 km) by car and scenic beaches, such as the Cala Agulla and the Cala Font De Sa Cala, are just a 5 to 6 (3 km) drive away from the property. The historic castle of Capdepera is just 3 minutes on foot away (170 m). The 18-hole Capdepera Golf is located just 5 to 6 minutes (4.4 km) away by car in the gentle hills west of the town. The Palma de Mallorca Airport is about a 1 hour (75 km) drive from the property. The property has a garage available for parking. Groups of guests under 25 years old are not allowed in the house.
